Gay Degani is in Vermont for a month-long writer’s retreat (she’s blogging about it at Words in Place) , but before she left, we chatted about this and that for an interview at Flash Fiction Chronicles.
It’s posted today, if you would like to slip on over there and check it out.

Gareth D. Jones just reviewed Murky Depths #8 over at SF CrowsNest, the monthly science fiction and fantasy e-zine that is the most popular SF site in Europe (and the second most popular in the world).
Here’s what he had to say about my flash, Nosing with the Four-Stroke Kid:
“Biofuel takes on a new meaning in KC Ball’s ‘Nosing With The Four-Stroke Kid’, a short piece in which a motorbike enthusiast asks too many questions of a mysterious rider. It’s a fun little piece with a good twist.”
Thanks, Gareth.
You can read the entire review here.

Have you had a chance to check out Every Day Fiction’s Flash Fiction Chronicles?
If not, you should. It’s a blog devoted to the writing of flash fiction, edited by Gay Degani and written by flash fiction authors — including me.
Gay is one of my people; a diligent editor, a crafty writer and a fantastic first reader.
My second post, Tough Love: The Critique Group, showed up today. Give it a read, if you will, and put the Chronicles on your list of regular stops.
